Registration instructions

• Indicate if you wish to use the shuttle bus service Nice Côte d'Azur airport  ↔ Auron  (free of charge).

• Participants may indicate their dietary requirement (food allergies or intolerances, vegetarian, etc.). To do so, you must finish the registration, then follow these steps :

               1. Access your registration space (link)

                    2. An email containing the link to your registration space will be sent to your mailbox. Check your mailbox (also spams)

                    3. Fill your food requirement in the dedicated field  

• ⚠ Some options (extras) on the registration website might NOT be clickable due to the zoom level of your screen. If you have trouble, please zoom out or zoom in.
  

Registration Fee

The registration fee includes :

• Welcome reception (drinks and snacks)

• Coffee breaks and lunch boxes

• Dinner-debate on Tuesday (11/03/2025) and gala dinner on Wednesday (12/03/2025)
