EuroMBE 2025 will be organized by Center of Research for Hetero-Epitaxy and Applications (CRHEA) and the University of Côte d'Azur (UniCA).

The workshop will take place at Auron, a ski village resort in French Riviera (Alpes-Maritimes), France from 9th to 13th of March 2025. The Auron resort is around 1h by car from the international airport Nice Côte d'Azur, at an altitude of 1600m and at the gate of the Mercantour National Park.

The workshop brings together scientists and young researchers from around Europe and beyond in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. It will offer a platform for exchange, open discussion and presentation of the latest advancements in epitaxy, nanostructures, new trends on MBE growth, modeling, devices and related technologies.

An exhibition space will be set for companies to present their new products, technologies and applications relevant to MBE, epitaxy and materials characterizations

EuroMBE 2025 follows the latest successful workshops held in L'Alpes-Huez - France (2011), Levi - Finland (2013), Canazei - Italy (2015), Korobytsino  - Russia (2017), Lenggries - Germany (2019) and Madrid - Spain (2023).
